Many people with MS have various levels of the illness that
impede their ability to carry out basic day-to-day task; like cooking
nutritious meals for themselves or their family members.

MS can strike as young as 18 years of age. The effects can be
debilitating. Suffering with numbness in the arms or in the legs,
(especially when standing for long periods), in some case not being able
to stand at all, and body tremors.

Most clients that MS. Y.A.N.A services, however, do not qualify for
any other food program. Meals on Wheels, only delivers to seniors, and
persons with AIDS. There is food service that services the needs of Africans Americans
and young adults with Multiple Sclerosis.

Our Home Cooked Meals Program will ensure that our clients will
have a properly balanced diet delivered to their door.
